Built in 1989 by the engineer who built the Katse Dam tunnel, The Gate Guesthouse is a magnificently renovated building set in three hectares of mature gardens. Traditional period features blend seamlessly with contemporary décor and elegant furnishings throughout, and we’ve also taken care of every detail in your room. With beds up to king size, all featuring luxurious mattresses, dressed with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen and a selection of pillows, a restful night’s sleep is assured. The Magnolia Room
The Magnolia Room has a wallpaper print of the 'Chinese Girl' by Vladimir Tretchikoff. This room sleeps either a couple in a king-size bed or two single beds. This room has a coffee corner as well as a small fridge and microwave. This room has a spiral staircase to the guestroom on the first floor.
